Twin room including king-size bed, private bathroom and balcony. The room is located on the first floor, accessible via a staircase. The private bathroom with toilet is located on the same floor but does not directly border the room. 

The room is equipped with all amenities such as an L'or coffee maker including cups, electric kettle with tea bags, dishes, cutlery, bowls, mugs, glasses, bed linen, towels, TV and a small refrigerator. Smoking on the balcony is allowed. Dogs are allowed at an extra charge and by arrangement, please send us a mail. 

Attention! Due to renovation of our accommodation it may be that shared spaces have not yet been fully renovated. If you book this room, you will not experience any inconvenience in your room, as it has already been renovated. The noise disturbance will be very limited and will not occur during the evening hours or at night.
