Dogs allowed by agreement and at an extra charge. When your dog is allowed, you are required to use a bench when leaving the room and leaving the dog there. This can be hired from us.
It is forbidden to rent the rooms for more than two people.
It is forbidden to use the rooms for commercial purposes.
It is forbidden to use the rooms for sexual and/or pornographic purposes/services.
It is forbidden to use the rooms for parties.
Any damage to the (bath) room and/or furniture caused by you or your pet will be charged to you (the main booker).
We are not liable for loss or damage to your brought belongings.
It is forbidden to enter private areas and private garden.
It is forbidden to give yourself access to other rooms than the one you have rented.
In case of theft, vandalism or other criminal acts within our accommodation, a report will be made and any camera footage used.
Upon arrival, we use CCTV for your and our safety. There are no cameras in your room or bathroom.
To consider each other, we expect from 21:00 at night no music or loud noises until 09:00 in the morning. We expect you to take into account the other guests.
